Historiques Cornes de vache 1955
5000H/000A-B582 38.5 mm Steel
This watch in steel pays tribute to the legendary and assertive “cow horns” that adorned the 1955 manual-winding chronograph, reference 6087, the first water-resistant chronograph manufactured by Vacheron Constantin. Painted on the dial, the tachymeter scale makes it possible to determine an average speed thanks to the central hand of the chronograph. Rare and authentic, its calfskin-leather strap was developed by Serapian, a Maison from Milan dear to Vacheron Constantin.

Named “cow horns” because of the shape of the lugs, this model pays tribute to the 1955 manual-winding chronograph, reference 6087: the first waterproof chronograph manufactured by Vacheron Constantin. The contrast of its noble horns with a diameter of just 38.5 millimeters gives this piece a unique character.
Dedicated calf leather strap in collaboration with the high end Milanese leather goods house Serapian, whose products are crafted entirely in Italy.
