Vacheron Constantin presents this watch in18K 5N pink gold. This limited edition of 100 pieces reveals a pink mother-of-pearl dial with a pleated motif, similar to an Haute Couture fabric. It is accompanied by a hand-painted calfskin strap decorated with a floral motif, making each edition unique. Around the mother-of-pearl clouds, no fewer than 36 brilliant-cut diamonds encircle the Moon and its starry sky. The bezel of this watch is illuminated by 58 brilliant-cut diamonds, while its crown is set with a moonstone. For varied enjoyment, the watch comes with three easily interchangeable straps: alligator, "gros grain" textile, and hand-decorated calfskin.
A 100-piece limited series developed with designer Yiqing Yin
Undeniably dreamlike, the moon-phase indicator is adorned with lilac mother-of-pearl and festooned with diamonds. Elegance suffuses the entire timepiece, expressed in the contours of the 37 mm diamond-set pink gold case, in the slender hands reminiscent of dressmakers’ nimble fingers, and in the Égérie collection’s characteristic asymmetry: a crown at 2 o'clock aligned with the moon phase, with the Vacheron Constantin inscription at 8 o'clock.
Clearly visible through the transparent caseback, the Manufacture's Calibre 1088 L ensures accurate timekeeping as the he delicately openworked 22-carat gold oscillating weight inspired by the Maltese cross sweeps over the hand-turned Côtes de Genève motif.
These Haute Horlogerie signatures are echoed by that of Yiqing Yin, whose name is engraved in full on the caseback, alongside the unique number of the watch within this exclusive 100-piece limited edition.
The Égérie moon phase watch is highly versatile thanks to the collection’s ingenious system of interchangeable straps. The wearer can play on textures or create contrasts in the blink of an eye: lilac alligator leather for an elegant tone-on-tone effect, deep blue satiny calfskin or powder pink grained calfskin leather.
