About this watch

Reference 4667 exudes the elegance of the extra-flat watches from the middle of the last century, with a precious touch that enhances its allure. With its slightly sloping bezel, it offers a perfect view of the dial with its diamond hour markers and discreet small seconds with perpendicular markers.

About the caliber

In 1952, Vacheron Constantin presented its first timepieces fitted with the manual-winding Caliber 1001, a movement measuring just 2.94 mm in thickness—part of its relentless quest for watchmaking elegance, which is best expressed through its slender curves.

Even today, Caliber 1001 is considered a masterpiece of watchmaking, classified as one of the finest hand-wound movements ever produced, and with a refined aesthetic thanks to its five-bridge construction and its harmonious lines. In this watch, Caliber 1001 is housed in a tripartite platinum case measuring just 7 mm in height.
