Vacheron Constantin Chronographs
The oldest chronograph wristwatch of the Vacheron Constantin collections, a single push-button model in gold with a minute counter that dates back to 1917. The Manufacture has long been renowned for its watchmaking expertise. With the introduction of the wristwatch, this trend became even more pronounced, particularly with models whose practicality and functionality paved the way for the wrist instruments seen in the first half of the 20th century. Vacheron Constantin contributed to this evolution with its single push-button chronographs produced during the 1930s and 1940s, which were praised for their reliability and sturdy cases, which were often crafted from gold.
