Maxime | Customer Service Workshop Manager

« I joined the manufacture as a watchmaker, I was quickly able to get involved with the Old Watches Customer Service. In 2011, my manager offered to move me to Hong Kong for 3 months to repair watches. Since that experience, I’ve spent more than 2 years abroad in a variety of placements.

Meanwhile, I’ve also worked as a guide for Manufacture visits, as an internal trainer and I have been the Manager of the Modern Watches Workshop since 2017. Within the Maison, I’ve been able to enrich my professional background while evolving! »

« After my graduation as a watchmaker, I had the opportunity to join the Cartier After-Sales Watchmakers. The following year, I knew that Vacheron Constantin was looking for new watchmakers to join the Manufacture in Geneva. I decided to try it and I was placed the assembly department.

After 3 years in Geneva, I had the opportunity to join the Singapore team as Boutique Watchmaker. Since then, I have been offered 4 jobs in 4 different countries. Today, I can’t wait to find out what my career path will be like, both at Vacheron Constantin and within the group.»

« I started in 2016 at Vacheron Constantin as project manager for Lean. 2 years later, I was promoted to Head of Watchmaking Fundamentals.

For me, Vacheron Constantin is the Maison of many possibilities. By possibilities, I mean that you can really build a career here and develop your skills if you work hard for it. Vacheron Constantin has written the most incredible stories of watchmaking since 1755; it is exciting to know that I am contributing for the next pages. »

« I joined Vacheron Constantin in 2012, in the Retail department. The challenge was to open our first boutique in Paris, the perfect occasion to enhance my knowledge with sales and to understand the importance of the customer service.

After that, I had the opportunity to join the Heritage department, in which I participated in some strategic meetings that link the heritage departments to other métiers (such as marketing, communication and creation). This evolution enables me to use my expertise and continue to make our clients happy. »
