Caliber 2460 QH
The distinctive nature of this mechanical self-winding calibre lies in its date display by means of 31 fixed numerals engraved and inked onto the dial. Read-off is done via a coloured marker placed on the rotating disk, thus creating a date that moves daily beneath the crown. The execution of this calibre bearing the Hallmark of Geneva is superb: a 22-carat gold oscillating weight with a ruthenium finish and adorned with five raised decorative fillets; as well as a stop seconds mechanism designed to stop the seconds hand in order to ensure ideally accurate adjustment. A system for rotating the oscillating weight and equipped with ceramic ball bearings serves to increase the lifespan of the calibre while eliminating the need for lubrication.
