EUROPEAN ARTISTIC CRAFTS DAYS APRIL 2017
From March 31st to April 2nd, on the occasion of the JEMA, Vacheron Constantin invites the public to admire demonstrations by its master artisans. The latest models from the Vacheron Constantin Métiers d’art collection will be showcased during the event.
2017 marks the seventh consecutive year of the Maison’s support for this event, which will take place in France, Italy, England and Switzerland, among others. In all, it has been developed in more 14 European countries.
In Geneva, Vacheron Constantin will present the expertise of a master enameler, master engraver and master watchmaker at the historical site of its Manufacture at Quai de l'Ile. The boutique at Place de Longemalle will be hosting demonstrations given by a master guillocheur. These types of meaningful exchange are special moments shared by passionate people, during which visitors can learn much about the fascinating relationship between humans and the infinitely minute.
Around 30 models from the Vacheron Constantin Métiers d'art collection will be on display.
Unveiled at the SIHH 2017, visitors will have the chance to discover three models from the Copernicus celestial spheres 2460 RT, which boast exceptional dials and incorporate techniques such as engraving and Grand Feu enamel.
