y first encounter with a Vacheron Constantin timepiece goes back to a birthday party quite some years ago. My father-in-law wanted a really good-looking watch to mark an important milestone in his life. We finally chose a classic Vacheron Constantin design. Today, he still wears it proudly in his capacity both as mayor of his town and a member of a local assembly. Our search for the appropriate gift had led me to discover the world of Vacheron Constantin and the impressive choice of outstanding timepieces that bore this prestigious name. I decided then and there that one day I too would own such a watch. A few years later my dream came true, with an extra-slim design that I wear with enduring satisfaction whenever I'm invited to attend an official function. I always feel the same thrill whenever I glance at it on my wrist.
