Customer service centers
Only authorized Vacheron Constantin service centers should be trusted for the maintenance of your timepiece. The Vacheron Constantin authorized service centers will either be able to service your timepiece locally or manage the service via the nearest regional authorized center.
All exclusive Vacheron Constantin boutiques or authorized retailers are also able to assist you in organizing the servicing of your timepiece at the nearest authorized service center.
Although we do not recommend this option, you may choose to send your watch by post (normal post, express delivery service, etc.) to an authorized Vacheron Constantin service center; in that case we invite you to carefully read the following shipping instructions.
