  2. How should I ship my timepiece to have it serviced?

Your timepiece should be shipped using a carrier that provides insurance and tracking information. The United States Postal Service registered and insured mail is such a carrier. Express couriers such as UPS or FedEx also provide service with insurance and tracking. Check with each carrier regarding insurance value limits. Be sure that the timepiece is securely packaged, using bubble wrap, packing peanuts, or the like, to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. What should I include with my shipment?

Please include a letter with your full name, address, phone number, fax number, and a brief description of the service you are requesting for your timepiece. If your timepiece is covered under warranty, please include the original warranty card with your shipment. Be sure to keep a photocopy of the warranty card for your records. It is not necessary to send the timepiece's original box to the service center.

  4. How long will it take to service my watch?

An estimate for the amount of time necessary to service your watch will be provided to you, along with the cost estimate for the service, after the watch is received by the after sales service department. 5. How much will it cost to service my watch?

Once your timepiece is received by the after sales service department, an expert will provide you with a description of the services required and a cost estimate for these services.

  6. Will you provide me with a cost estimate for the servicing?
