2008 – The North American market honored


For the world launch of the “Historiques American 1921” model, Vacheron Constantin will set up a temporary retrospective in its patrimonial exhibition area in the “Maison Vacheron Constantin en l’Ile”. . This exhibition is focused on the North American market and the unique creations made for it.
 
The visitors will discover pocket and wrist watches presenting specific elements of the North American market tastes of the beginning of the 20th century.
 
Furthermore, for the first time archival  documents, such as correspondence signed  by famous personalities such as writer Henry James or collector Henry Graves Jr will be presented to the public. Other   testimonies of attachment to this huge market will also be exhibited.
 
With this exhibition, Vacheron Constantin will pay tribute to one of  its oldest and most faithful clientele who has contributed  since 1800 to  its international reputation.
 
 
The temporary exhibition will take place from January 12th to end of June 2009 at the
